Delete your Wildflower account

Wildflower is made by Spokes. You can delete your account in the Wildflower app, or here on the web.

How to delete it

1. In the app: open Settings, tap your name (Profile), then Delete account.
2. On the web: sign in, then open your name › Profile › Delete account.

Can't sign in? Email [email protected] from the address on your account.

What we delete

• Your sign-in and profile: name, photo, email address, phone number and password
• Saved places and where you said you're headed
• Your phones and notification settings
• Vehicles and equipment you added

What your organizations keep

The companies you work with keep the work records the law requires, under your name: jobs you did and their proof, your shifts and the location recorded while you were working, pay and tax records, compliance documents and job messages. They keep them only as long as the law requires.

How long it takes

You're signed out on every device right away, and your account is deleted 30 days after you ask. Sign in before then to cancel and keep your account.

Closing a whole organization

An organization's owner can ask Spokes to close it, from Delete account in the app or from Organization settings on the web. Spokes reviews each request and contacts the owner before anything closes.
